Finance report Melissa JC Hall second. Passed
Indiana department of revenue lost all of our non profit paperwork so Moderator had to resubmit to Sec of state for renewal.
Phil Thorne discussed the importance of knowing SBC affiliate organizations in our own communities.

Old Business

Motion from Admin- Admin recommends we accept $10,000 offer from White River Baptist Church for the disaster relief building in Bloomfield. WRBC will assume the building in as is condition. Disaster relief contents will become property of SCBI. Any contents after one year will become property of White River Baptist. All vehicles, equipment, and the WRBA designated fund (after expenses and fixes) will be transferred to SCBI ASAP. There was discussion on the $1300 spent to fix the DR truck. Motion passed.

Ron Henry, made a motion to have the $10000 from White River Baptist to WRBA be donated to SCBI for DR. Second Jerry Miller. Motion passed.

New Business

Motion from Admin to change 2015 WRBA meetings July 21 to Aug 18, Sept to Oct 20 (Annual meeting). Both meetings will be at Rivers Edge Fellowship church.
In Oct we will vote on getting rid of the Nov. WRBA meeting and changing the number of meetings for 2016 and beyond. Motion passed.

Zack Blackwell lead in worship.
Abby George spoke on Hope Resource Center and Medical Clinic for Lawrence and surrounding counties. It is non profit pro-life medical clinic and an affiliated SBC organization. She shared they provide many services freely and confidentially.
3 goals 1-Reach people with love of Jesus by praying with them, share ing a Bible, loving on them with respect. 2-Save babies and promote life by provide real education on abortion and options but never refer or encourage abortion. Offer free pregnancy tests and ultrasounds. Just through seeing a heart beat pregnant women are 85% more likely not to abort. 3-Make girls sustainable once they leave. Offer classes on life skills and parenting. When a mom completes a class they get items from the baby boutique. If they complete all classes, they get a car seat and pack and play. They do not do handouts. You must work and become a provider for you baby. They offer peer counseling for fathers/men as well. You can help through Volunteering (must submit to their statement of faith and statement of principles) and material support through donations of finances and goods. Lawrence county one of highest pregnancy rates in the nation. Monthly pledges are huge. Other funding=Walk for life June 6th- walk 2mi. or run 5k. July 18th motorcycle ride. Baby bottles. Ask to be on the mailing list. A Q and A followed.

Engelwood Baptist provided desserts and fellowship hall to gather together.
